1. Provision of Website
This website (the “Site”) is provided by Gatton Volt Consulting Group Ltd, trading as “Volt Europe”, conditional on your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, set out herein (the “Terms and Conditions”). By accessing or using messages, information, data, text, software, images or other materials from this Site (the “Materials”) and by sending Materials to the Site, you agree on your own behalf and on behalf of any entity on whose behalf you may act, to accept and abide by these Terms and Conditions for each use and visit of this Site. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, you should not use this site or download or use Materials from it. These Terms and Conditions apply solely to the use of the Site and do not affect any other Terms and Conditions agreed between yourself and Gatton Volt Consulting Group Limited and associated companies (as defined by s736 Companies Act 1985). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other agreement that may be in place between yourself and Volt Europe and associated companies, then the other agreement shall prevail, only to the extent of any conflict.2. The Site may only be used for lawful purposes, in particular for recruitment services and general information relating to Volt Europe.
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Volt Europe grants to you a non-exclusive, non- transferable right to access, use and view this Site and the Materials therein, solely for your own use, or for the use of any company, partnership or organisation you represent. In using the Site, you are solely responsible for your actions and communications, undertaken or transmitted.
You may post to the Site, lawful information and only for purposes stated on the Site. You understand and agree that you will not, nor will you allow others, directly or indirectly, to:
- post a CV or resume which is not your own;
- post a CV or resume which contains incomplete, inaccurate or fallacious information;
- post or transmit any information which is illegal, threatening, abusive, harmful, harassing, libellous, defamatory, vulgar or obscene;
- post or transmit any information which could infringe or violate any party’s copyright, trademark, trade secrets, privacy and any other proprietary right or that could constitute a criminal or civil offence;
- impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or legal entity.
Volt Europe reserves the right to disclose any information posted or disclosed by yourself in connection with the Site, in order to satisfy any law, regulation or government request.

You agree to comply with all intellectual property laws and except where expressly provided, Volt Europe neither expressly nor impliedly grants you licence over any intellectual property rights.
This Site and Materials are protected by UK and International Copyright law. All software, including files, images, code and data, used or accessible through the Site are copyrighted by Volt Europe or its licensors. You are licensed on a non-exclusive basis, to use the software solely for the purposes expressly stated on the Site.
Some of the company names, trading names and logos are trademarks registered to Volt Europe, its subsidiaries and holding companies. Trademarks of Volt may not be used, copied or imitated, in whole or in part, without the express written permission of Volt Europe.
Volt Europe’s methods and processes may be covered by patents or other registrable or non-registrable intellectual property rights. Volt Europe reserves all such rights.
4. Links to 3rd Party websites
From time to time, the Site may contain links which connect you to other websites. These websites may not be under the control of Volt Europe, nor is Volt Europe responsible for the contents of such pages and you access them at your own risk.

You understand and agree that your use of the Site is at your sole risk and that Volt Europe makes no guarantee as to the Site or the Materials.
To the maximum extent enforceable by law, Volt Europe expressly disclaims all representations, warranties and conditions, including without limitation any implied warranties as regards conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, non-infringement and fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Liabilities and Indemnities
You understand and agree that Volt Europe will not be responsible or liable for any or loss or damage whatsoever, whether in contract or tort, including without limitation, indirect, special or consequential damages, arising from on in connection with the use of or access to, or the inability to use or access the Site and Materials. For the avoidance of doubt, this exclusion does not extend to claims for death or personal injury.
You understand and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Volt Europe, its subsidiaries and holding companies, and each of its directors, employees, officers and agents, from and against any and all claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable professional fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the Site and Materials or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
Volt Europe reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to add to, amend, remove or otherwise change any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any change will be effective when notice of such change is posted on the Site. Please check the Terms and Conditions frequently. Any continued use of the Materials after such a change is posted will be deemed to constitute acceptance of any new Terms and Conditions.

Volt Europe reserves the right in its absolute discretion, to add to, amend, remove or otherwise change any aspect of this Site, at any time without notice or liability. Volt Europe further reserves the right but not the duty to correct any errors or omissions on the Site at any time without notice.
9. Jurisdiction and Enforceability
These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of England and Wales and the parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms and Conditions to be void or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
Any waiver of any breach or default hereunder, shall not constitute the waiver or any other subsequent breach or default.
